[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 32” TV is a great value. Four out of five TVs in our home are Vizio TVs for good reasons. The picture and the features are excellent. The owners manual is available by searching online only. I do think that it would be helpful to at least include a quick start guide with a road map of the menu structure. Lacking that, it took me longer than necessary to find and figure out how to integrate the ROKU remote control properly. Once it was done, it works perfectly. The black drop down box with guidelines about how to fill out this survey covers up the text that I type (on my iPad).

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a tv for my grandma. The tv remote showed in the pictures shows all the buttons, so I thought perfect! Only to receive a tv remote with no numbers for Chanel changing buttons. Only way to get a new remote, is returning entire tv. Going to have to order a random one from online, and spend more money since this was advertised incorrectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55" I bought works great and all the instructions work as stated. The 40" cannot add or adjust favorite apps, and struggles with menus. Also dont really like the Vizio layout that much, I would prefer my favorite apps to be the top as I wont use any of the other options and menus all over the screen.

Easy set up with great access to all of the apps I use every day. Color/picture are top notch. I was initially not happy with the audio but after tweaking the bass and treble, it is now perfect for how I like it. A great TV at a great price!

Pros: TV works well Cons: Hard to connect phone to TV with vizio moblie app Also if you plan to mount it you need two different screws. As 3 of the 4 mounting holes on the back are one size screw, and the 4th hole is a different size. Would have been nice if they had that in the manual since I had to go back and forth between stores to get the right size screw to mount the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not a terrible TV, just terrible at most functions. The sound is awful at any volume of substance. Cannot quite get the picture right either. It's VERY slow and often freezes or glitches out. I'm glad it's a secondary TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Vizio TV a month ago for my basement. I can now go down and exercise and watch my TV program's while I do my work out. I have four different exercise equipment. As long as I watch TV I'm motivated.

Bought this TV for the kids to play video games on. Unfortunately, it worked once and stopped working afterward. Now, the TV will randomly restart or just get stuck on the logo screen. Unfortunately, it seems to be luck of the draw to get a working one of these out of the box as other users have reported similar issues. I think it's just one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. After messing with it for four hours, I'm giving up and exchanging it for a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new tv made by Vizo. Its amazing to have so many free channels,games. Today I only need internet to have a variety of channels to watch. I bought a Vizo tv in 2024 for my living room. My Vizo in my bedroom was order model and it stopped working. So I had to replace that one. Vizo tvs are great.
