[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to quit smoking cigarettes, for over 25 years. I have tried hypnotism, nicotine patches, Prescribed medication, cold turkey. Nothing has worked, even a little bit. When I crave a cigarette nowadays, I pop a "Members Mark " mini nicotine Lozenge into my mouth. I prefer the Cherry ice flavor. I haven't quit completely yet. I have been using the lozenges for almost 3 weeks now and have cut down DRASTICALLY! 30 cigarettes a day, down to 12 a day. A few more weeks!!

They were very bitter and I would never try a second one. I received this item as a free trial and had nothing to lose. To my surprise they had an excellent flavor and I am able to use the lozenges as a replacement for a cigarette as I am trying to quit smoking! I had the mint flavor which was pretty good however I wasn't able to successfully use them because I kept getting a burning feeling in my throat almost like an acid reflux feeling. I liked the packaging that they were in and they were easily accessible for me. If i had to complain about one thing it would have to be the after taste. When you first taste it it is a minty taste bit after a little bit the after taate wasn't the best. Overall i would reccommend this. It is a wonderful aide.

I tried it for a few days having a piece every hour and it does actually cut my cravings! They taste decent also.
