Now I have been to cut down the usage after a couple of weeks of using the lozenges. It has a nice taste and is not overpowering. It really helps when I wake up in the morning, I am able to take a lozenges to satisfy my craving.

They have a minty flavor that is left in your moth but I didn’t think about smoking at all as long as I had those nearby. It’s the only flavor I have tried but I hear they have other flavors .
