I love the fact that comes with 8 mini tunes that have 27 lozenges each, so you can keep in your purse and take it everytime you need it. They don't dissolve quickly, you have to keep it in your mouth for about 20 minutes before fully go. Honestly the mint flavor isn't bad but it could be better. As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. I am going to continue to use this product and I hope it assists me in finally being successful in quitting the worst and hardest habit I've ever had to quit. Usually the big ones I end up tossing out nearly the whole thing because its too much. But with these being the right size, i can handle it a lot better. It does have great taste but can become too strong relativly quick. But it does lessen the cravings in that time.

I had the mint flavor which was pretty good however I wasn't able to successfully use them because I kept getting a burning feeling in my throat almost like an acid reflux feeling.
