Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. The Cherry Ice flavor is different than the usual mint ones, and the size was small instead of huge. Not really a fan of cherry, but I at least have a choice of mint or cherry. I prefer lozenges over gums. I think these will help some in their quest to kick the smoking habit, just have to pick the flavor you can live with. I'd recommend them for those that want to try.
