They are small, almost similar to a tic tac which isn't too bad and the flavor is not horrible like some lozenges I have tried in the past. I am going to continue to use and see if I can finally quit smoking this time!

The tablets are about the size of a tic tac. The cherry flavor is not too much. They are super easy to take. They do seem to curb some of my cravings.

I quit many years ago and just started a plan due to the urge to start again. I have purchase mint 2 mg lozenges from a different brand and I found the cherry 4 mg had a better taste and way better after taste plus the 4 mg lozenge works way better compared to the 2 mg lozenges I was already using. I have since purchased these again and will continue to for as long as I need. I would highly recommend trying these to curb that urge but be careful because the flavor makes it hard not to use constantly.

They fit easily in my pocket and/or purse. I never had any issues with the tube opening inside my purse and making a mess. I feel they would be better if they had more of a minty flavor but they weren't bad. They took about 25 minutes to dissolve but I felt my craving recede much quicker than that. The quality was great and as expected for a Member's Mark product. I really liked these and I will definitely be purchasing more as needed.

They are for smokers who do not have their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up. I like the mint flavor, it's not overwhelming like some peppermint's. I am tracking success using these lozenges and will update at a later time.
