As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. I am going to continue to use this product and I hope it assists me in finally being successful in quitting the worst and hardest habit I've ever had to quit. Im not sure if it worked completely but I didn't want to smoke as much as I usually do so it has to have some type of effect. I'll keep using them and hopefully it will work to it's full potential and keep me away from cigarettes.

I quit many years ago and just started a plan due to the urge to start again. I have purchase mint 2 mg lozenges from a different brand and I found the cherry 4 mg had a better taste and way better after taste plus the 4 mg lozenge works way better compared to the 2 mg lozenges I was already using. I have since purchased these again and will continue to for as long as I need. I would highly recommend trying these to curb that urge but be careful because the flavor makes it hard not to use constantly.
