I thought it was just too much nicotine for me but I tried taking them less often as well as tried taking half of one at a time and I just couldn't handle them.

As I slowly started smoking less, I was given the opportunity to test the Member's Mark 2 mg lozenges. The flavor, cherry ice, tastes so good. I am noticing I don't need to take them as often, like when I first started taking the lozenges. These really help. If you want to quit the habit, I would definitely recommend these!!

They are actually very soothing on my throat. I am using these lozenges as a way to skip smoking a cigarette. I am a 2 pack a day smoker but with these lozenges, I have dropped to 1 pack a day.
