Getting the members mark lozenges from influenster to try to help ease the process was perfect. It even came with a nice mug too I popped one on mouth on quit day and thought I'd die. Sadly they made me cough worse than a cigarette. It's almost a peppery feeling in the throat. They are 4 MG soaybe just to strong. I will day I didn't want a cigarette. I had to spit it out before it was fully dissolved. I think I would prefer the patch for quitting.

They are cheaper than many alternative and do a great job at curbing my appetite for nicotine. The taste is pretty decent, but it doesn't last as long as I wished it would. Overall, a great value product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (Reviewing on behalf of my husband) He is starting out slowly with the lozenges, mainly taking one in the morning when he wakes up when he normally would have a cigarette and a cup of coffee. You cannot drink anything 15 minutes prior to taking a lozenge or while it is in your mouth so he has had to adjust his morning routine a bit. The flavor is good but they are definitely tingly and he has to keep the lozenge constantly moving while it's in his mouth. He is planning to slowly increase the number of lozenges he takes per day. The packaging is great--separate smaller containers for easy transport.

Anyway, these are actually a great little product. It’s a great flavor and I’ve found they last about as long as smoking a cigarette. So I’ve been able to skip it here and there and replace it with these. ANYTHING that isn’t smoking is a win in my book!

They are actually very soothing on my throat. I am using these lozenges as a way to skip smoking a cigarette. I am a 2 pack a day smoker but with these lozenges, I have dropped to 1 pack a day. I need to go buy some more.

Most nicotine replacement lozenges are huge, but these are about tic tac size. I was very excited to have a flavor choice other than the usual mint/cinnamon/regular flavor. These do actually curb my cravings, and the flavor is awesome. I highly recommend these for anyone planning to quit smoking.
