They help fight your cravings. They have an amazing cherry flavor and not only do they work for Nicotine withdrawal but they are a great distraction to chew on them to keep yoy busy and not thinking about smoking. Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. I like the smaller size because it has less fillers and more of the base ingredient - the nicotine. If you're trying to quit smoking it is a great option. Perfect for places such as offices, airplanes etc. The perfect amount of flavor. Does not leave any after taste. This has really helped me to reduce my smoking during the process of quitting. You will be amazed at how it curbs cravings.
