I've went from 2 - 3 packs a day down to 10, maybe 12 cigarettes a day. I never would have been able to do it without them. Instead of a cigarette when I get up now I have a cup of coffee and a Lozenge. The flavor is definitely better than a cigarette. I absolutely recommend them.

I don't really care for the flavor since it really isn't all that minty. They are very effective about helping curve that craving fairly quickly and it takes quite awhile before i use them again.
