[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicotine did pretty good. I got up had a cup of coffee and a lozenger. I didnt want a cigarette after that. At least for an hour. I think if i stay on the lozengers i might be able to at least cut down my smoking in hopes to stop smoking.

I found myself craving cigarettes less although I still continued to smoke some. I really liked the size of the lozenges and they taste good. I do think with the right mindset and continous use of the lozenges it could really help you quit smoking.

Little white lozenges that have a big taste and flavor of mint. I didnt want a cigarette for a long time. Each lozenge is 4mg, there's 216 in the box. I would smoke but not as many these have definitely cut my cigarette usage down. I'm trying to quit and these help curb my desire.

I can keep one with me on my purse, bedroom, car etc for easy access when I need them. They aren’t gross tasting which is great and they are quick dissolve which is also great
