I like that you can use as you need it depending on how much you smoke. I would recommend this brand and flavor.

You really want something that is easy to carry and have it when the urge strikes. The size of lozenges are also small, making it fast and easy to take. I like cherry Ice flavor. It's honestly got a good flavor and not a bad after taste like some other brands I've tried. As far as helping the actual smoking cessation, the 2mg would be great for someone who has been a little further along in the quiting process then myself. Overall great product.

When I placed the first lozenge in my mouth, I could taste the nice cherry flavor, however, the longer I sucked on it, it began to have an almost burning type of taste that lingered long after the lozenge was gone. It did lessen my desire to smoke. It's a great alternative to smoking or when smoking is just not convenient.

You would think seeing my Mother In Law dragging her oxygen tank around because of smoking would be enough but no. He says he can't give it up without help. Fine, here's the help. Use whatever you need to quit. There is not one good reason to smoke. I know. I smoked 25 years and quit by having my throat cut and a trachea tube inserted. These are a much better ways to quit. Use them. Do whatever it takes to quit so we don't become oxygen buddies. I beg you, use this product. You will never regret it.
