The taste is not bad and they really do help you not want to smoke. I think if you are looking for something to help aid you in quitting you should give these a try. When I feel like I need a cigarette, I just pop one of these in my mouth and I am good to go for a few more hours.

I started using the lozenges just at work, convinced my self smelling like a cigarette was terrible in a public job. The packaging for the nicotine lozenges is not hard to open yet is secure. The flavor of these is a nice smooth minty almost menthol like taste, which i enjoyed.
