Must read reviews before making a big purchase

Trampoline was defective out of the box. The mat was bigger than the frame and the frame is weaker than an old radio clock speaker. Went to move to trampoline across the ground and it almost folded up like Jake Paul vs an actual real fighter. Started reading other reviews on the trampoline and I thought I was reading reviews on my ex wife. I wouldn’t recommend this trampoline to my worst enemies, might end up like Christopher Reeves in a wheelchair.

So far so good...

We were fortunate that this particular trampoline was in stock! Nearly a week away from Christmas we were crunching numbers and decided to go with this one for it’s customer ratings and higher weight limit. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the item still arrived several days before Christmas. Assembly was very straight forward! Three adults put it together in just under an hour. Having just bought it, we are very pleased and we are looking forward to using it for many years.

Weight Limit Incorrect

I specifically ordered this model for the 350lb weight limit it advertises. It is in fact only 90kg (less than 200 lbs). Extremely dissapointing.

Get What You Pay For

Overall, it seems solid and we'll made, but the actual trampoline material isn't as tight as I'd expect. Definitely don't bounce as easily or high as other trampolines we have been on. Kids love it.

DON'T BUY!!!

This trampoline is bouncy, but that's about it. On day one of use, almost all the pad straps broke after the first bounce. After having the net up for a few days with NO use, the connectors broke off for no reason at all. Don't buy this item, save your money for something else!

Great trampoline

So far very pleased with this trampoline! We ordered online and it arrived to us almost a week ahead of schedule! It was easy to assemble. My husband and his brother had it set up in about an hour. With the higher weight limit we can enjoy jumping on it with the kids! Love that it came with an enclosure and the whole thing seems very sturdy! And an added bonus for us was that my daughter specifically wanted a green one! She loves her new trampoline!

Cheap, didn't last at all.

It barely lasted two seasons. The Zipper, net ties at the top, and the pad all deteriorated very quickly. We even store it during the winter. I will never buy anything from Upper Bounce again. My wife had to re-sew the zipper, and I held the netting together this year with zip ties so it would make it one more season.

Large but poor quality trampoline

It’s a really big trampoline for the price and my son loves it. However if you want to talk about quality, As we assembled the trampoline I noticed how jagged and poorly welded all the pipes were. Many of the pieces weren’t welded straight making really hard to put together. One of the buckles that attaches the net to the top poles already broke after a windy day.

Get a Skywalker instead

We bought the Upper Bounce trampoline after we left a Skywalker trampoline at our old house when we moved. I wanted a green jump pad vs a blue one to blend in with the backyard better. Why do they make such annoying colors?!? Anyway, this was great deal but as is always the case you get what you pay for. The UB (Upper Bounce) vs the SW (Skywalker) was rated higher for weight - 330lbs vs 225lbs - but it was waaaaay less sturdy. We had two adults and two kids on the SW with no problem. Two kids on the UB were making it shake. I opened the box and saw what appeared to be black scuff marks and glittery makeup on the cover/pad. My kids were so excited so I didn’t want to take it back and thought I would clean it. When I grabbed the poles they were greasy and the glittery silver substance came off on my hands. I called the company and they said that was normal. Again, I should have listened to my gut but the kids were so excited. We put it together with gloves on because we couldn’t touch the poles. Sams club mobile photo upload isn’t working so I can’t show you how horrible the glittery substance is. Putting together the net was a pain with a weird rope to hold it together. The SW net was easier and safer (less space to put your fingers in and get caught). The jump mat was thinner than the SW. My kids said “yay we can see through it to the grass!” And I was like that’s not a good thing! There was also a small knick in the jump mat that wasn’t smooth to touch. After one day of use the Upper Bounce legs (that already looked like they were leaning inwards) were even more inverted. Therefore, I don’t think it’s safe and will have to take it back. What a pain! If I hadn’t just had the Skywalker I would probably thought this Upper Bounce is great. Having compared both I know see the little differences that make the Skywalker a much better choice. Happy jumping!

Disappointed

Trampoline is sturdy but weight limit is not 330lbs. Latches/buckles on net straps are junk. Straps that hold top of net to poles would not stay latched so we had to tie them in a knot. 2 Bottom straps that connect net to trampoline ripped with in a day or two and hooks came off, also tied them in a knot. For the price it should be a better quality. However! My daughter does love it
