Great purchase and quality. We bought this for our kids' (10 & 6) Christmas present and it took about 90 mins to assemble with 2 people. on-time delivery and all of the parts were in the boxes. came in two very heavy boxes. does not come with wind stakes though or something to tie down the trampoline in wind so that would be something to definitely buy as well. I bought this one because it does have a higher weight capacity so even parents can jump too.

Product arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service to try and get a replacement part, after 10 days I got a response that they shipped a whole replacement unit. I did not want a complete replacement unit but now was stuck with a second one and was told if I don’t send back my unit I would be charged for the second one. I do not have a car and had to take an extra day off work to wait for fedex to come to pick up the unit to return. It caused a huge inconvenience and I would have much like appreciated it if the customer service would have asked if I wanted to swap my already built unit with a new one. But even the new one arrived in a damaged and crushed box.

Setup was easy enough for 2 adults. All pieces were included and everything is sturdy and nice quality. The only complaint I have (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is the elastic straps for the spring cover are garbage. Half of them broke off trying to put the cover on the trampoline. So be gentle with the cover and be prepared to replace some straps.

I bought this a month ago. It was easy to put together and it is bigger than the last one I had. The price was very reasonable but you get what you pay for. As an adult gymnast that has used many trampolines, the quality is not the best. The nets are little low for good safety and the floor has to much give for serious bounce height. Would be good for young children.

The box was delivered no damage thankfully! My husband and brother went to begin putting it together and realized the screws were missing completely. Not the end of the world but if I am paying for a product regardless of price I would like to receive all the pieces. We wanted this to be a grand surprise for Christmas but we have to find the matching screws from a hardware store and send more money.

Very nice quality

The green threading used to sew the enclosure disintegrated within 2 years which left it falling apart. The legs only slip down into another piece without locking which means they come out each time you have to move the trampoline to mow. The straps holding the enclosure on the posts are not durable enough without breaking. The foam protectors around the posts crack and split so duct tape them up after purchase otherwise they break and split into pieces. breaking.

Had about a month. So far so good
