We had shoulder & neck pain using these pillows.

Covering is very slick hard to keep them in pillow cases.

If I could give zero stars I would

no support, it like there is no pillow under your head

The pillows were flat after a week and $25 for these pillows definitely not worth it. Very upset with the price and quality. I thought this brand would be great.

Pillows don't necessarily stay cool any more than any other. They can be washed and don't bunch up, and that is enough for me. The support they provide is better than many. I have bought these more than once.

Bought this pillow set for my 87 yr old Dad for his neck - see which set worked and both sets (one other set) were great. Using one each which has helped him sleep better. My mother liked it too so she’s using the other pillow as well WIN - WIN

They don’t cool at all…same as regular pillows.

Not a fan. Very flat no support. Wanted pillows like a hotel. This is not it.
