We bought these over a year ago and they are great used every night. I just bought a second set to use a our family's house and they are definitely not the same quality. The first 2 nights were great and after that they were flat and unsupportive. So disappointed we wasted money and will have to find a new favorite pillow!

Not cooling - too soft. There was no cooling effect at all that I could tell.

Excellent product, does exactly what it states. Cooling effect is wonderful for those of us that turn our pillows for the cool area every night.

These are great for the price. Only thing I don’t like is that they come out of the pillowcases very easily.

Waited 3 months before doing this review....pillows are slick, you will end up chasing your pillow cases. Even my percale cases keep sliding off. I did get "envelope" pillowcases to keep the pillows in.There is a chemical smell when you take the zipper case off of it. Very cheap scratchy material inside. (Not sure what it is.) The pillows did stay somewhat cool. I would not purchase these again.

The pillows were too soft.

While I don’t feel the “cooling” effect, they are firm and very comfortable pillows.

Pillows are perfect, not too fluffy and not too soft, great price for 2 pillows
