Too much work

We got this a month ago and still can't get the card reader paired to machine. Greenlite is taking forever to set our online account with them.

dubious business practices

Purchased 4 machines at the beginning of 2020. Immediately had trouble with wireless credit card processing staying connected. Had ongoing issues with one machine jamming with coins which shuts down coin, bill accepter and credit card processing. Service on the credit card processing was extremely expensive about 10%. Combo machine was a great design, but, it was hard to get enough product in it to overcome expenses. Financing through Witern was an experience $15K cost $25K and the due dates just strangely seemed to change just enough that I frequently had additional finance charges. Wait I'm not done. The credit card reader and online inventory tracking was a key selling point for me. Only works if it's connected (should be wifi but not), the kicker is that I start getting messages that the system I just purchased that is not even paid for yes is obsolete and must be replaced. This causing additional charges. But wait there's more. I finally sell all the machines which I had taken out of service due to all the ongoing and unresolvable problems and the latest email I get from the company is that as they continue to charge me monthly for services, they can't guarantee that they will ever stop charging me a monthly fee for the machines I no longer even have, because, by contract it's my responsibility to cancel the machines off the account. It's not their responsibility to stop billing after multiple calls and emails and cancellation forms and service transfer forms over a period of months, its my responsibility to know their system and what needs to be cancelled. Needless to say I can't recommend this product.

Cannot reach for service

We bought this in late fall, and it has largely been going well. The top, left row however is not functioning (seems to be without power) and I have been unable to fix. I have left multiple messages and emails to see about scheduling warranty repair, and have not received any returns commynication. Any insight into how I can get through to someone would be appreicated.
