I bought this machine over a month ago from Sam's Club. The white glove delivery was fantastic. The machine runs well. Doesn't hold a ton load of product as compared to an all snack or all drink machine. Still its capacity is quite substantial. The credit card reader was installed after the fact but customer service from the actual manufacturer of the unit was courteous and on point. Will definitely purchase again, so far a very good expereince.

Great Machine

I had a small vending company providing vending service to our company. Horrible service, always out of snacks and decided to go it alone. Great decision and the overall cost is mitigated by the snack rebate program. Do it!

White glove delivery, easy set-up!

A SelectiVend representative contacted us after the order was placed so we had a contact in case of any questions.  I was very impressed and didn't expect this personal service when dealing with a large company like Sam's.

Love this machine! We went from 2 machines to 1 and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this machine if you are wanting a soda and snack machine in one.

Compact

After receiving our second machine due to an extremely damaged first delivery, we are very happy with our machine selection.   The rebate on selected products is a wonderful added plus!!

Fire Station Vending

Great machine, easy to load, looks great!  Replaced with an old style machine that was dark and dull...this machine is bright and inviting.

Machine works well and offers a variety of vending options. Note the  middle row is for cans turned sideways.

Selectivend

We have only had this machine a couple weeks so far, but there are definitely things I can comments on.  First, it is easy to operate and price everything up etc.  The instructions are pretty easy to follow.  I like the fact that it is a combo machine which make things easier to manage.  For the snack section there is 1 row for large items (chips), 1 row for medium sized (cookies) and 1 row for small items (candy bars).  Wish there were more large bins, maybe one row could have more than one size.  We don't need near as many small bins as large ones.  For the dink section, I do like the flexibility of some of the bins being able to vend either cans or bottles.  However, the top rack for drinks makes for a long drop for cans.  Also there is a protrusion where cans on the top row on the end bin hit when dispensing (see pictures that show the protrusion and what it did to a can).  This is something they need to fix design wise.  I am going to have to attach some foam or something over this protrusion or not use the end bin.  Bottom line is I wouldn't use the top row for cans period, and maybe even bottles as even the bottles have a pretty thin skin these days.  Also I would not count on the rebate program for much.  They provide a listing of SKUs you can buy for the rebate program, but it is VERY hard to find many of these.  Also you can key in the SKU for an item on the Sam's website and find it, but when you actually select it, the SKU changes (e.g. Butterfingers).  And there rules are very clear, the SKUs must match or you don't get the rebate.  For the Frito variety packs, not one of the rebate SKU's were found in my local SAM's.  So I'm not real happy about that.

Overall, I am glad I got the machine.  The customer service and support have been excellent.  I just think they could do a little better job in designing the interior so as to not cause damage to product, and I think the rebate SKUs should be more readily available.

Nice machine, but could use some improvements

Machine is nice but it is not working 100% and i have been unable to get tech support to answer to diagnose/fix the issue.

The machine does not always work. We have to unplug it and plug it back in and hope that it will depense product. It will take money and not drop an item probably 25% of the time
