simple but nice looking drink/snack machine
We've had this vending machine for 6 months now. Only a couple of glitches. One banged up quarter got jammed in the machine which halted sales for a bit until we could fix. {Easy fix via a youtube video.} Another flaw sometimes a soda will burst when dropped. Not sure if its a can flaw or how it happens. But it sprays and makes a mess. We have about 1+ a month leak. The cold drinks drop behind a door that needs to be pushed in and sometimes people can't figure that out even though it clearly states to push door in. Other than these small issues, the machine works great and is a nice size to offer both drink and snack. We also took part in the Selectivend rebate program and are currently submitting our receipts.

Great size
This came quicker than stated when I ordered. Works great. Card reader works great. It was a little challenging to set it all up, but we got it done and our employees are happy. The shipper did not put it in place or get it off the truck. That was disappointing. Luckily we had a forklift and an employee handy to help get it off the truck.

Great experience for 1st time vending
Positives: Easy to learn for a first-time vending owner/operator. I've called customer service 3 times. Twice with the credit card reader company and once for the PayRange device company. Both times they stayed on the line with me until all questions answered and the machine was up and running. The credit card reader is a must-have. The online data-tracking system makes monitoring the device super simple and you're never left wondering how the machine is doing. Sales so far for our airline travelers show 35% credit sales, 65% cash sales. Negative: Not the fault of the vending manufacturer at all, but the description on Sam's Club does not tell you that 4 of the drink selections MUST be 12 oz cans. They are in a high-capacity magazine and this allows the most amount of beverage to fit inside. The other 5 selections are fed by coil system so you can put varied sizes in, but fit less quantity. Before receiving the Owner's manual and finding this out, I had planned to put all plastic bottles inside. Operated the vending machine for 2 months now with no breakdowns.

Card Reader Service Horrible/ Machine Great
I would purchase another machine in a heart beat and it has been working great! The card read do not purchase. Purchase from another vendor that is not with Cantalope or Greenlite. Took over a month and a half to get it going and lost sales. One gets the run around trying to setup the readers. Tried to setup readers with other banks to by pass Greenlite and this was not allowed with the reader.

Great Machine! Great Rebate Program!
I ordered this machine because of the rebate program. It was delivered much sooner than anticipated. The machine was fairly simple to set up. I needed a little help. So far, so good! I saved my receipts for my inventory for the first 6 months and it was very simple to submit them. I recommend this one!

Exceptional Machine and exceptional service
Bought this machine 5 months a go. It got damaged in shipping but people in selectivend took care of it right away. This is the second time I am buying their machine. There tec. Support is excellent too. As I said Exceptional people & Exceptional Machine.

GREAT VENDING MACHINE
I bought 10 over a year ago... As a vendor, you are "ONLY AS GOOD AS THE MACHINE YOU USE". The company itself has been around for decades. The machine works where if a snack gets suck, it will push another out until it falls, so in some cases the customer might get two instead of one, BUT they will not lose there money and you look like a rock-star vendor. Holds a lot of snacks and drinks and NEVER stops working... Easy to use, easy to program. If your in a Laundromat, or near a bus-stop and they try and use it as a coin change machine and decide not to make a purchase, the machine will dispense dollar GOLD coins so you will never run out of change...

Excellent machine
Our machine arrived 10 days earlier than the expected date. Great. It’s working in perfect condition, we only had problem locating the master sensor since the instructions stated that it was a blue button but it was red. Besides that, very easy to set up. Thanks

Great machine
This is the second machine of the same type I have purchased. What I like most is the sensors that sense when a product drops. This feature alone sets them apart from competitors, and reduces the refunds I have to pay out. I have had No problems with service.

Expensive non working card reader and pay range
I bought this machine about two months ago, so far vending machine works, but I have it with the card reader and pay range together which after weeks of thinking it was the card reader not working the technician tested it out and discovered that the card reader was not working because of the pay range, so I contacted the company to only find out they know of this problem. I found that to be a great disappointment after they knew I kept calling them about the card reader not working. They still have not resolved the issue nor contacted me for a credit because it cost more money to have both the card reader and pay range together and I find it ashame I paid for something that does not work nor do they care that it does not work. No refund for the non functioning pay range nor no service tech to come out to try and repair it. Also, one of the three machines came damaged which I was unable to even let them know since I was trying to handle the card reader issue. Furthermore, tech dept and customer will blame other companies for this issue. I would not buy from them or their parent company anymore. The machine is expensive and the rebate program really does not help in costs. The machine is too expensive feels like I went into business just to pay them for the machines.

The matter of not having properly explained it to you has been addressed with the management team of our technical support department.
