I’m single middle aged woman with some back issues and my brother urged me to get one after he did saying I would not regret it. The tub is perfect for me. It’s small enough for me to manage the water and isn’t a big deal to drain and refill. It has helped my back tremendously. I don’t think four adults could fit in it comfortably however it is perfect size for one or two people. I love it and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

We have had this spa since January and so far it works great. It does not appear to really have any increase at all on my electric bill. The guy delivered it right to my backyard. The only negative I can see right now is that it does not have an eco mode so it literally runs on and off all the time. We have had a few times with hot days already and the hot tub has gotten up to 107 because it is constantly cycling on without an eco mode which means the heater keeps turning on when it does not need to. My previous hot tub did not have that issue. Also this spa definitely does not have cup holders as advertised.

Very happy with this hot tub. plug and play is right instant Hot Tub just add water! Delivered to front door, and its up to you to place it. Duh. Don't have to hire an electrician to add a plug if a plugin is near say 10-15 feet. But I had one install a special outlet I recommend this to be up to code. 110 volt is plenty works as well as a 220 volt, only advantage is 220 is a little cheaper on power bill. I absolutely Love it and use it daily.

This is a quality built spa. strong jets, easy install and perfect for 2 adults maybe 3. at 18 degrees outside it took 26 hours to get to 103 degrees but it has maintained it relatively easy. the only negative was the shipping which took 7 weeks. we were supposed to get a call for scheduling a delivery but it just showed up one day. They only deliver to the curb so you have to have more then one person to get it off the street. So overall we are satisfied with our purchase.

Great little spa. big enough for the family. the only issue has been the light fixture, which quit working after about 6 months.

Spa arrived early, we moved it onto our brick patio relatively easy. Got it for my hubby's knee and back pain. After filling, added proper chemicals, heated overnight and was ready for use the next day. We keep the temp at 101 degrees and it's just perfect for the both of us! We love this! Easy to set up and maintain, and it really is just plug in and play. Our patio had electric outlet so nothing to do but plug it in. It's such a treat after a long day at work (I work remotely from home) but still...lol. This is sturdy and well built, safe and has a nice cover with child proof locks that are easy to install with a small hand drill. It's just me and the hubby, but the neighbors have little kiddos, so we can lock the top on and not worry a little one might gain access. Also it's well designed and does seat 4 if you like being in super close quarters. But in general it's perfect for two adults. Spa delivered on July 7, 2025 and had no issues since arriving. It runs flawlessly! We use it often and have our own little slice of heaven in our covered backyard patio. We installed mood lights around the canopy and bought a nice set of patio furniture with comfy wicker rockers, a propane fire pit, barbecue grill and set these up with the spa as the central object. It's absolutely perfect for us, or for entertaining a few family and friends!! If you want to buy a hot tub, this one is well worth the money! We also saved $850 by upgrading our Sam's club mbrship and got free shipping. Totally worth it!! Highly recommend this unit! (apologies for not uploading a photo)

Bought this hot tub a few months ago and finally put it in place and set it up. I was worried it would be difficult to set up... But it was so simple and easy .. Started up perfect and runs wonderfully! Jets and lights where simple to turn on! Love the Hot Tub!!

Spa was delivered on time, was fairly easy to set up. Cover seems to be decent quality. Construction of the spa seems good. We used a small stepstool in lieu of the extra cost steps. All seems well over the last two months.

Bought recently, delivered mid month in July 2024. Very Nice - In San Antonio,Texas, stays very hot at this time of year. Plug & playing as using so water is cooler, in fall will leave running continuously
