I am glad I purchased this spa, pretty simple to maintain and looks great in my backyard patio.

Our Rock 3-4 Person Hot Tub was delivered ahead of time and in perfect condition. After having the electric outlet installed (even the electrician was impressed by how well the unit was put together!) we set off to balance the water per spa directions. When we had a bit of trouble (we have really hard water), we called the customer service line and the manufacturer's friendly experts walked us through the process and explained how all the spa settings work. They were wonderful! Then, (here's the best part) we got in the tub...ahhhh. Just the right depth, comfortable contours, jets in just the right places, holds the heat. The best. Go buy one. It more than met our expectations. Go ahead, you know you want one. Treat yourself!

Just got the hot tub yesterday I installed it today easy to do no problem just fill it with water and turning on and jump in. It looks good it's easy to operate the instructions are simple you just apparently monitor the chemicals just like you do for your swimming pool.

Bought spa in June 2013 so I have owned it long enough to know that it is a very good spa. Very easy to maintain. Made it through a very, very cold winter with many below O days . No problems at all. Very durable- this is very important. By getting it at Sams Club online, the steps, cover, ozonater and LED color changing lights and free shipping were included. Sams Club included more than other sites. Highly recommend this spa !
