[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this Nest doorbell in exchange for our honest feedback. It honestly couldn't have came at a better time as we've been leaving the door shut more due to being home and ordering more online with the Covid virus forcing both of us to work from home because our offices are allowing work from home. This allows for our carriers to let us know they are there without us having to get up from our work as well as when guests arrive. Wonderful product. We highly recommend and wish we had thought to get one before being able to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So having the ‘ Nest Doorbell (battery)' itself is great.. We have love having it! Being able to see and communicate with who ever is it at the door while not home has been wonderful. However, we were not able to get the doorbell to communicate with the google home mini for whatever reason. We had to remove the devise and rest it twice before finally they linked up. And that it the reason for the four star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a video doorbell but was always intimidated by them so when I got the battery nest I was so surprised how easy it was to set up. When you get it you have to plug it into the wall to charge it. Then you follow the steps and connect it to your wifi. You screw the base to the exterior of your house and slide the doorbell on the base. Since it is battery operated you do have to take it off occasionally to charge but it's been up for 4 days and has only gone down 3% so it lasts awhile. When someone presses the doorbell you get a notification on your phone and can open a live feed to talk to whoever's there. Nest does have subscription options so you can save recordings but just to use it as a doorbell and live video there is no extra charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Google Nest Doorbell is pretty awesome. The set up of the doorbell was pretty simple. I did find that the doorbell was a bit larger than what I expected but this is not a deal breaker at all. I like how the doorbell can be battery operated or wired as an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this doorbell! I don't have a hardwired doorbell, so getting a battery powered one was my best option. This Google Nest is just what I was looking for. I can be notified when someone walks up on my porch and to record anything that happens out in front of my house.

We have seen two to five minute delays and notifications of someone pressing the doorbell, and after calling Google apparently we're not the only ones. In addition if you have Nest this "Nest" doorbell is not part of it and will never be part of it. It only works through Google Home.We returned it and exchanged it for the older wired Google Nest Doorbell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally loving my new Nest Doorbell(Battery)Alarm Monitoring System. It is absolutely fantastic. It takes such a clear view of the person's/people infront of my door. It keeps me alert and informed. I am so grateful to receive this. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about their safety and well-being.

I like this device because I can see what is happening when I'm not home. It's nice in that regard because I have a roommate who will sleep through anything except an attack by a Maine Coon who decides she must wake up! When someone rings the bell she sounds on the display near her room which is the second thing which will wake her up! Unfortunately not always because she mutes it! I have to call her to tell her people are at the door! I would love to set all the Google homes in my house to announce people at the door, but sadly that feature is missing from the app! Why? This is why I have it 4 stars! In order to setup all my Google homes to announce someone I had to delete and re-add the doorbell loosing all my history which is why I didn't do it.When you are not home you can talk to anyone who comes to your house. You can use this to see what is happening in front of your house. It's a great security camera! It's also great to talk to people and tell them where you are.
