It's good. So far I'm satisfied. The unpacking took more work than I thought but the mattress is good. It's definitely the quality I was hoping for because I have high standards for furniture due to being brought up by an owner of a high-quality furniture shop.

The only reason I gave this review 3 stars is because it's to firm for me! I will have to return it. The bed itself is well constructed I have no complaints in that department. However my girlfriend won't even sleep in it. She has been sleeping in the spare bedroom most nights. I also hate that they make you keep the mattress for 30 days before they will let you return it!

I bought a full mattress for my 17 YO daughter, who used to come sleep with me on my competitior bed. She loves it so much she doesn't come sleep with me anymore. We love how it stays like the cool side of the pillow all night. We take great naps on it too!

It has not lasted past 3 months. On top the protective cover is not waterproof. It grabs on to everything. I mean dirt grass or anything you have to pull it off they it rips the fibers up. The community I spoke to about was horrible. Telling me who oh well. I then spoke to Ghost people an they told me the same. I asked how can they treat Army Vets so bad. An they told me they donate so much they do not care. I am beyond dissapointed. Worst bed. The box it came in was totally destroyed. They told me its in a thick plastic its fine. Did not even care. Then i got the mattress two weeks before the box spring. An i was told to just put the mattress on the floor. I said we cant we are older cannot be bending up an down like that too much because my back. They said oh sorry wait. Worst company by far.

This bed is so comfortable, I fall asleep in minutes. The mattress is the perfect mix of soft and firmness. As a heavier individual I have no problems with sinking into the mattress. I also have no heat issues, keeps me nice and cool all night. I sleep in all positions (side, back, and stomach) and they are all comfortable to me on this. The only negative thing that I can say is that it has a lingering chemical smell. Not something that would prevent me from sleeping, but it is noticeable. It is starting to fade away after about 10 days of sleeping on the bed. This is kind of expected though as it is a foam mattress that was sealed in a vacuum bag. Would definitely recommend this mattress to others.

I never thought I would ever purchase a bed that came out of a box and expanded on its own. I had a few doubts but, that vanished after experiencing a full night's sleep and not waking up to any body aches or cramps. It's summer weather as well and I didn't feel hot during the night. Great price. Great mattress!

We ordered the queen combo with adjustable base. We fInally are able to try our mattress and do really like the firmness of it and the pillows. We had to have the adjustable base delivered three times due to damages in shipping by Fedex and manufacturing defects. This was very frustrating as we’d already disassembled our bedroom and had to sleep in spare room for over 3 weeks. The customer service was helpful but dealing with a non-local company is always difficult. Not sure I’d recommend ordering a big item like this online due to all the aggravation we went through but am very satisfied with my bed now! I just hope it holds up because getting service may be a hassle.

We've had this mattress for about a month. We didn't notice much of an odor when we opened it, so we ended up using it that same night. Coming from a spring pillow top mattress, the first things I notices were 1) There is no bounce when you sit, move, roll over, or get out. 2) I didn't sink in to the foam as far I expected. The lack of bounce is great. I don't feel my wife move or get in or out of bed. I was expecting to sink in to the foam more than I did. Only certain areas sink in depending on how I am positioned, but in all positions it feels as if all points are getting equal support. I suffer from chronic back pain. It hasn't completely gone away in a month, but It seems to be improving. Our mattress came with 2 of the foam pillows. We have used those when sitting up in bed, but they are too soft for me to use for sleeping. My wife feels the same.

I had to work to convince my wife to get this bed. What sold her was that we had 101 days to try it and if we didn’t like it, we could send it back. She was skeptical the first few days, until she realized that she was falling asleep within 10 or 15 minutes of laying down. What used to be a struggle is now almost instantaneous. I also love the bed and love how cool it stays. We will forever be fans and customers.

Buying process was easy and fast shipping. I have had the mattress for month and am still loving it. I feel so relaxed that I sleep faster and feel better in the morning. I never was a morning person, but this mattress changes that. Looking forward to many years with this mattress!
