reply from Dash Team

Hello! We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the Dash Clear View Toaster. If the lever does not stay down, it's possible the glass clamp is not properly inserted all the way in. Make sure the glass panel clamp is fully inserted and secured. If you try this and it is still not working, please reach out to our support team to provide additional feedback at bydash.com/help. We would love to help!

Pretty, convenient

Like very much seeing the toast. Browns a little uneven but barely.

Just a question

Is there a window on each side to see if both sides of the bread are toasting evenly?

Fancy!

I love it! Looks fancy and my children think it’s the coolest toaster they’ve seen.
