just watched cooks country on pbs..their test kitchen tested and reviewed toasters!..guess which toaster(in black) out of all toasters,prices up in the hundreds of $$, came out SECOND for the best in all ?!YEP! this dash toaster! and..a little more money than for my order, which is due , in red, to me tomorrow!!this guy really is a winner...so glad i chose, and also was lucky (i dvr)to see the review on pbs..p.s...they reviewed others that had flying toast..on a couple reviews for this guy on SAMS.. reviews had same, but not on the pbs testing..yea!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Dash® - Clear View Toaster. It is super convenient and looks great. I like that I can see the toast cooking so I know exactly when it is done to my liking. I don't know why all toasters aren't made this way because this is a game changer!

It's a solid toaster with a strong feeling lever action. I believe the glass view is a big improvement. Using settings to gauge how done you want to get itls helpful but being able to change your mind, plunge it again and watch for the sweet spot is something I appreciate.

I wasn't sure what I was going to think about having a clear view of toasting but I actually love it and it is obviously much easier to keep an eye on the level of darkness. I do A LOT of waffles for my daughters for breakfast. Very happy with my purchase.

I like the clear feature so that I am able to make sure my toast is cooked how I want it. My toddler gets a kick out of watching it too! There are so many customizable features. Highly recommend this toaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toaster. I have almost everything in Dash brand at home, this is a nice addition to my collection of kitchen items. I love the clearview where me and kids can watch how bread gets toasted and changes color, the glass does not get hot at all and warm to the touch at its peak heat. The tiny crumbs tray is very nice and well hidden which is a plus. Does have multiple options to choose from and comes with a little picture manual where it shows the colors of each setting, mine is 4 because i like mine light brown.

It also is very accurate for the timing, doesn't burn stuff right away, and also the kids think it's the greatest thing for their Frozen waffles! They said it's the first time they got warm all the way through without being real crunch around the edges!

Front glass for viewing toasted items is a plus ! Not sure about other Toasters with a "Bagel Feature" , but this Toaster that just uses the front heating element to toast the bagel is smart. Why toast the "back" of the Bagel ?Browning dial has a good range to select the desired "Shade" of your toast or whatever.Color choices help make the Toaster add a little "Pop" (pun intended) of color in the kitchen.All in all, so far so good.

Put my new Clear View Toaster on the counter, plugged it in, and began experimenting. 2-3 slices of bread to adjust the settings, and my toast was brown just the way I like it. Next I tried a couple of bagels. Again. I prefer them a bit brown on both side so I used the toast setting. Enjoy your new Clear View Toaster!

All it needs is a mask--just kidding. I LOVE watching my "virtual" toast go gently brown. It's like a Zoom Toaster experience. I feel like Jane Jetson! This is a charming toaster that looks awesome on my counter. And it toasts beautifully. I love the fact that I can glance over and be reminded..."oh yeah, I have something in the toaster"!
