Don’t like the length it takes up too much room, the settings are set too low. Example…if you set it on three out of ten it’s very toasted. It’s a learning experience to mess with the levels.

Nice looking, reasonable cost, but it doesn't TOAST! Highest setting required to brown anything and it's still not even warm through the bread, muffin, or bagel.

I have had many toasters over my long life, but so far this is the best. I usually have to fiddle with a toaster to get it the way I like it, but not with the Dash! My only complaint is that it took forever to get it. Apparently, the first one was "lost in transit". That said, it was worth the long wait. Highly recommend if one is as picky about toast as I am.

I bought this toaster in 2020 and after six years of reliable use, the heating element started to toast unevenly. Six years is a good run so I just bought the same Dash toaster to replace it. Bummed that the brand new one toasts about the same as my old one - uneven toasting, lower numbers don’t toast well, higher numbers toast unevenly. I’ve concluded that they must not be making them the way they did in 2020.

Love my new Dash toaster. I had never heard of this brand but I took a chance because of the great reviews. It toasts bagels to perfection. Love that you can see it toasting . Works great thus far.!I bought the black and looks so classy on my kitchen counter .’the price at Target was so good too. Big difference from my last Kenmore toaster, which I loved for 8 years but is now way too expensive .

Uneven toast, back side darker. Set at MAX "7" doesn't finish, requires additional time under watchful eye. I like the wide slot for long slices of sourdough and the High rating in Consumer Reports but I believe that this this one will be returning to Sam's. Pics show setting "7" and results after auto pop-up.

Love the toaster, i like to see the color of the toast, dont like it dark. Love how it doesn't take up alot of room on the counter, very slim design.

Called customer service, told it's out of warranty. This is a fire hazard. Toaster toasts fine, Plastic melting is not a warranty problem. It's dangerous.

I purchased a white Dash Toaster over 6 years ago that worked fine until someone purposely sprayed something in it. I will buy again. My only Con was that the toast flew in the air so I stood by the toaster so as not to have toast on the counter top or the floor. But I loved my Dash Toaster. Mine toasted fine on both side. Loved It!

I have used this toaster for years. I've even given this as a gift. It toasts both sides perfectly. It wide enough for thick bagels and the long length allow you to toast two regular size slices of bread or one bigger and longer slice like sourdough . PRO TIP- if you turn the toaster on its side you can reheat a slice of PIZZA. It cleans very easily too. REMEMBER IF THE PUSH DOWN TAB DOESNT DOESNT HOLD MAKE SURE THAT THE GLASS WINDOW SLIDE OUT IS PUSHED IN AND LOCKS. Once it is then the push down gab will hold and start toasting again.
