This does NOT work as advertised!
I'm disappointed in this mount. I'm a tech professional with 40 years in tech experience throughout my life, so I know what I'm talking about. Devices sometimes don't have fast wireless charging enabled. The problem with this mount is that even with fast wireless charging enabled and nothing obstructing the sensor, the mount is not fast charging. I'm using the right cable, an otterbox case, and power consuming features on the phone turned off, and with just GPS and Spotify running the phone's battery percentage drops slowly. With just GPS, it stays the same percentage, so at best, this is a battery maintainer, and not a battery charger. Trust me, there are better mounts out there.

Ok Phone Holder
Its decent. Unfortunately, if you don't have a phone in the holder while driving, the spring loaded mechanism rattles and is annoying. The clamp also loses some grip over time so it doesn't hold in place as well. I donated mine and went with something else.
Wireless Car Charging... Nonexistence
I bought this mount for the wireless charging feature, which doesn't work. I even removed my phone case, and it still didn't work. My at home and work wireless charging stations work perfectly with my phone being encased. I just pretty much purchased a $35 car mount. On the plus side, the car mount does secure the phone while its in its case.

worked great for about 6 hours before the suction cub on the window no longer was able to stay attach to the windshield. From then on, the device kept coming off the windshield. Taking it back. When it did hold, did good. ???about the wireless charger, if it worked or not.

The lever is located just above the suction cup. Please flip the lever up, strongly press the suction cup in place on your windshield and depress the lever for a stronger hold. Do not work
I bought 2 of these and they are both worthless. I use nothing but wireless charging with my phone. When I use this, it starts charging and stops with every bump and jostle. Unless the car is parked, it won't charge. My fiancé has a thicker otterbox on his phone, it still works with my wireless charger at home but won't work at all with this one. I'd return them but we had to completely destroy the packaging to get them out and it's an hour drive to my nearest store.

So good I bought two!
The charging port on my phone was giving me problems so I switched to wireless charging. This unit seemed ok and reviews were so-so. Bought it it Sam's. As someone else said the packaging was incredibly hard to open. After a few minutes, walla! Got everything out and installed. I am using it with an LG V60 with a Poetic cover. The phone with the cover didnt fit so I removed the two side bumpers. It fit after removal but its wasnt charging. After reading the instructions I realized I needed to pull down the bottom holder. I tried a few different positions until the charging coil was aligned with my phone. Fast-charging started! I now needed one for my work truck. I bought a second one, but there it needed to work with my iphone 13. Played with the placement of the lower holder and at the forth position fast-charging on the iphone happened. So this charger works for both android and apple. Large and small phones.
Abhorrent Packaging
Buyer Beware: This is packaged in a single piece of commercial grade plastic and took myself and my husband over 30 minutes to remove all the pieces from the packaging. Unless you're an expert with a box knife, just be prepared to spend a large amount of time trying to get the pieces out of the package they are sold in.

BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL!!!!
This is the most challenging if not dangerous packaging to open that I have ever seen. Hope you have lots of patience, time and safety equipment to get this open. The cardboard must be cut to shreds to get away from the product which will destroy all of it, then when your left with the plastic that won't cut with good scissors be careful using a knife and be aware that the plastic and the knife will cut your fingers. Terrible packaging but well engineered to make you mad. Good luck!!

Broke
Broke after 10 months of use.
Low quality
I bought this about 4 months ago and it worked great the few times I used it. Now it stopped working. Cord is fine so something in the charging base must be broken. Just out of warranty. Looks brand new but doesn’t work.
