Hello, Olp. If you feel the hold is not strong enough it is possible the lever on you mount was not installed correctly. The lever helps secure the mount to your windshield. The lever is located just above the suction cup. Please flip the lever up, strongly press the suction cup in place on your windshield and depress the lever for a stronger hold. If that does not work, all of our products are backed by a true lifetime warranty. We are happy to replace all defective products. Useless

The device is not strong enough to hold up a phone. It LOOKS like it would be great, but the vent clip is so weak the phone flips down. The arm for the suction cup is not long enough for SUV drovers to put it on a window and even if you attempt to put it on, the suction cup fails in about 4 minutes. The only problem is that by the time you fight with the packaging to get the product out, there is no way to return it, as the packaging is literally in shreds.

Once I got the right case, this worked great

My wife bought me this and a couple of wireless chargers for my desk. None of them worked so I went to the AT&T store with my iPhone 11 because I thought the phone was bad. But it was the case! Once I got the right case, this worked great. I have an older Suburban with Bluetooth and now I just drop the phone in and everything just connects up and starts charging. I ended up using the suction cup mount on the disk where my old car mount went. seems solid so far.

Terrible design and structure

Absolutely horrible. Doesn't even grip the phone. The clap for the vent attachment is worthless. It angles the vent down due to the weight of the phone and then the clamp falls off.

Wasted $30.

Besides the obnoxious packaging, when I finally got everything out the phone springs don't close to hold my phone in. I should have stuck to the Dollar General $5 mount.

This does NOT work as advertised!

I'm disappointed in this mount. I'm a tech professional with 40 years in tech experience throughout my life, so I know what I'm talking about. Devices sometimes don't have fast wireless charging enabled. The problem with this mount is that even with fast wireless charging enabled and nothing obstructing the sensor, the mount is not fast charging. I'm using the right cable, an otterbox case, and power consuming features on the phone turned off, and with just GPS and Spotify running the phone's battery percentage drops slowly. With just GPS, it stays the same percentage, so at best, this is a battery maintainer, and not a battery charger. Trust me, there are better mounts out there.
