The lever helps secure the mount to your windshield. The lever is located just above the suction cup. Please flip the lever up, strongly press the suction cup in place on your windshield and depress the lever for a stronger hold. If that does not work, all of our products are backed by a true lifetime warranty. We are happy to replace all defective products.
