Complete coverage no leaking through, looks great underneath your clothes and makes both of them feel more secure. I feel like they go out more and do more activities because they're not afraid of having an accident and it showing through their pants. Very soft material very absorbent and a great fit. I myself have suffered from incontinence issues and I have also tried these depend fit Flex underwear, they are a miracle worker. Depends need to make their products better for male or female bowel incontinence instead of just focusing mostly on urinary leakage problems. Why they concentrate so much on bladder leakage problems and not enough on bowel movements problems just shows me that they could care less about problems like mine. Wake up Depends and start making products for bowel incontinence problems like mine and make the products better also because what you make today still does not absorb my problem and still leaves me in public with embarrassment.

I really did not think they would be as comfortable & easy to move around in as they were. For the most part they were very absorbent & worked much better than pads or panty liners. Perhaps you could make an extra small size ? I have a leaking fistula and ulcerative colitis ,plus leakage from bowel surgery . Most times I do not need heavy duty and on the boat I may get wet while paddling. Other family members swear by your products.
