We were having a very good time and I do have an overactive bladder which does get in the way of things and of course this was the time it did and I just could not make it to the bathroom and had some major leaking and I was so frustrated as I figured that my pants would be soaked through and my shopping would be over. But to my surprise my pants were totally dry and the pad in the underwear was somewhat wet but could still go for quite some time. I was so happy that I did not have to have yet another embarassing situation while shopping! Thank you Depend for being so right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to Depend Men's Underwear by this website and sent for Free Samples offered. I am recovering from prostate surgery and dealing with incontinence. After several weeks a package arrived in my mailbox which I frankly thought was junk advertising. The small box had no indication on it was to contents and I nearly threw it away! Finally, I glimpsed the Kimberly Clark name in the return address which was written so small that I nearly missed it. Those of us with poor eyes will certainly have difficulty. Upon opening the sample box I discovered much to my dismay that it contained only the Fit Flex product in the small and large sizes. I was under the impression from the sample offer that I would be getting samples of several different styles, such as the Fit Flex, Real Fit, and Shields. Such samples would help immeasurably in selecting the right product for me. The large size is so huge I can't keep it up, but the small worked just fine. To resolve my dilemma of which to buy, I went to a local retailer and purchased small packages of each of the products I thought might be useful for my situation. This is an expensive way to test products, but I did manage to zero in on the Fit Flex as my product of choice. So off I went to my discount retailer who happened to be offering a coupon at the time, and purchased a large box of Fit Flex Underwear (84 count). Although I was still using up some of the small packages, I opened the box and tried one to verify I had made the right decision. While pulling it on and up, the right hand side seam ripped open, making it unwearable. I figured I was just being clumsy, and didn't think anything more about it. As I exhausted the supply of alternate products, I again dipped into the large box of Fit Flex, being extra careful while pulling them up not to tear the seam. Guess I wasn't careful enough because, you guessed it, the right hand seam tore open again. I'm sure you can imagine my frustration! Undaunted, I pulled out the duct tape and reinforced the side seam. While the underwear didn't tear, it certainly wasn't comfortable, and was a real pain to tape up. I still have 3/4 of the box, and generally leave it lay to the side. Perhaps I'll use up the balance with my current tape treatment (1" paper surgical tape works very well and is more comfortable), but I have now moved on to another brand which is much less expensive and works well with no failures. This is unfortunate as the Fit Flex appears to be a good product when it works, but manufacturing quality control is definitely lacking.

The fit with the Tenas was always poor, they did not seal good around the legs and would actually slide down during the night. Both of these issues did not make me feel comfortable wearing them during the night. I felt the material could be more absorbent too. I was very pleased with the Depend Flex fit underwear. They sealed well around the legs and stayed snug enough not to pull down during the night. The material is very comftorable. The Depends seem to be cut with elastic put in all the right places. I have Gastroparesis with a stomach stimulator and many times going to the bathroom is a guessing game. Thanks for giving me an item that seems tailored to fit the bigger man and gives piece of mind. My uncle who’s older and lives next door to me tried these out being he’s starting to decline a bit health wise and has been using similar products to help him stay independent as possible through his day to day health struggles. He reported that they’re comfortable and help to keep any situations contained if he’s out running errands or out grabbing a bite to eat with his pals (breakfast daily). It lends an extra layer of security and hasn’t had any leaks or additional issues to mention. I say this is a win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gracious! Boy, was I wrong! When I was selected for this test, I was truly very leery for a couple of reasons. My major reason was that I am a plus size and did not think that this would fit and be comfortable. I was actually dreading trying them on. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit - and fit well, and the crotch area is just a built in pad. I have never worn underwear such as this. On a daily basis, I use either a panty liner or the next step up in a pad for minor drips and leaks. So I didn't see the need for these, but they are so comfortable, I am now a new customer. I would recommend these to anyone who has bladder issues - from small issues to much larger ones. When I am wrong, I admit it, and my prejudging and dreading testing this product was anxiety for nothing because this turned out to be a great experience, and I found a new product that I will be using. I chose the Silhouette Active Fit and the regular Silhouette. They both fit like real underwear and are very comfortable-like wearing real underwear. Love all your products.
