[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these on the client I work for. Just this last week the person I care for had bad diarrhea and could not control it at all. With depends she was suicide with going out of the house without worries. The client did have one night where it leaked out the side while she slept on her side. Overall they work pretty well. I'm an in home direct care provider and if your client or family member has incontinence issues I highly recommend using these especially if you are on the go a lot.

I have really liked the Depend Real Fit Briefs for Men (S/M) for the last 3 years, since my prostate removal. Then a product change was recently made. You have it labeled PM. I do NOT like the product change. It is poor quality compared to what you have had up to this point. It is less absorbent in actual usage and can tend to fall apart and the absorbent material tends to clump together some. This can create some leakage at times. Do you still offer the type of Briefs you have had prior to the change? If so, where I can I get it? If not, is there any way you can take corrective action with the new Briefs improving the product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see by the picture with the measuring tape, the size XL stretches to 25 inches across. They fit my 52-inch hips fine. They were a bit stuffy and sweaty to wear, but that is expected from a plastic coating. I wouldn't expect these to catch a whole lot of fluid, but for moderate goings, I would trust these to hold. They are a bit tough to rip the side to get them off as my preferred method rather than pulling them down.
