There was no noticeable difference while wearing them instead of a normal pair of underwear. They were very comfortable and were thin instead of such a bulky underwear. I really like the stretch that goes on comfortably, but yet they hold up while wearing them.

I can feel comfortable that they won't leak through my clothes if I need to wear them out. These are perfect for someone that is elderly or someone that is bedridden or even just having trouble with urine incontinence. They are very durable yet comfortable. My husband even wore them to a concert which he didn’t want to miss a second of the show- he said that they held up perfect in the mosh pit, getting thrown around and throwing others around without any leaks through!
