These are very comfortable and I wore a few each night to test them. They hold up really well. I am very surprised. They fit like a regular pair of underwear and absorb great! They don't omit a smell after wearing for awhile. I will be using regularly now.

I could feel my skin breathe and the fit is great, they were not visible even under my jeans. Nd absolutely not bad smell at all! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depends is a product that you can trust. Very comfortable fit as they are soft just like your regular underwear would be. You almost cannot tell that you are wearing the brief. No leaks, no odor, and the sizing fits amazing.

Although these worked great (with a changing or two) for my mother in the day time they didn't work all that well overnight. She would still wake with a wet protective pad on her bed. I would recommend them for Moderate to slightly heavy leakage but not for total incontinence.

The absorbancy is very good as well as the order control. All around Depend Fit-Flex Underwear is a good fit for me.
