They aren't too thick. They need to be a little more thicker. I wouldn't were them for overnight protection but for minor leakage it would be great. And the design is very cute. I wear about a size 20/22 jeans size so I chose the XL. The fit was strange on me.. It was a bit bulky and my butt cheeks were not covered. Perhaps a different size would be a better fit for me. I didn’t have any accidents while wearing them so I can’t attest to the absorbency. They kept me body odor free from sweating 😓 at night. They are strong and held up well to the tossing and turning I do at night. 😆 Overall I feel this is a good option and I would try them again in a different size. 😀

I use them for my mom and she is pleased with them. She has more confidence in going out and not worrying about leaking through her clothes.

My boyfriend is 19 and he still wets the bed and sometimes during the day. He was still wearing Goodnites and plastic pants to bed and the Goodnites by themselves sometimes during the day but they were getting too small. We got him these Real Fit briefs and they work great! They are his full time underwear now. They are absorbent enough that he doesn’t have to wear the nighttime plastic pants and they look like regular guys briefs. Now if he has an accident he isn’t embarrassed. He can just take a new brief from his backpack and change.

When I gave her these to try she was thrilled because they don’t feel like a classic adult diaper and are quite discreet. Her secret stays safe. She did mention the gusset is a bit bulky, but I believe she just needs one size smaller. She has no noticeable odor even wearing them for a long period of time or overnight. Apparently that has been a problem in the past. She said that they absorb quickly without that squishy feeling that makes her feel uncomfortable. So with all that in mind, they are already on my shopping list for her because she liked them so much!
