I have used Depends Silhouette Diapers for several years and have been very satisfied. Recently, my drugstore briefly stopped carrying Depend Silhouette Diapers and instead stocked the new Fit-Flex style by Depend. I was very disappointed in the Fix-Flex diapers. They did not hold the fluids as advertised, the fit was flimsy/baggy and did not conform to my figure, and the material was too light weight and felt like plastic. Thankfully, my drugstore started to carry the Depend Silhouette Diapers again which makes me happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Real Fit briefs and like them better. The fit is more snug and seems to have more capacity. I suffer a complete and total loss of bladder control and both products work well for that. I just prefer the fit of the Real Fit better. I just wish I didn't have to take my shoes and pants off to change. Especially in a public restroom. It's not only embarrassing but disgusting to have to do this in a public space. I wish you had a product that could be easily changed in a public stall without having to remove my clothes. And one that's not a bulky diaper. I've used those before and they are so cumbersome to work with I'd rather just keep on a wet brief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really thin but does hold a lot. You can’t even tell you are wearing them. As you can see by the picture, it’s not overly thick. I had used it for my mom for when she sleeps and it catches everything. Had no problems with it. Would recommend.

This product is not bulky no one can tell you are wearing it. You dont have to worty about leaks, you can get back to doing what you love wiyh who you love and have confirmed that you're protected from leaking. I got this for my mom and she loves it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit well and didn’t feel bulky under my clothes. They come handy for long car rides, flights or at night for the occasional accident. They are not scented and I didn’t worry about an odor after wearing for a few hours. I would recommend these for people whose bladder leaks have become too heavy for a liner. You don’t have to worry about leakage when you cough or sneeze because these are full coverage.

They are also very bulky in the rear. I sometimes wear regular panties over them or a light weight girdle to flatten them down. I am having better luck with the Depend Silhouette Active Fit. That's all I will buy now. I keep my others to just sleep in at night.

After trying to Depends Fit Flex we were quite satisfied with the results. These are super absorbent leaving not wetness on her skin and also great at absorbing order as well. These are relatively lightweight and not too bulky. We highly recommend.
