Almost two years ago at age 60 I had surgery for prostate cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, only one nerve bundle could be spared. As a result, I have never regained full continence. For some time I used pads such as Depend Guards. However, I have found that Depend Fit Flex underwear work best for me. They are very comfortable, work very well to keep my clothes dry, and are the best solution for me with activities such as hiking. Plus, wearing them under clothes looks "normal". Though I think that I am fairly young for this I need to wear these 24/7; incontinence is just part of my post cancer life. I highly recommend Depend Fit Flex.

It absorbed a good amount without a super wet feeling and it relatively controlled the odor and not as much as I would’ve hoped for but enough.It’s like your not wearing them and wearing normal panties and knowing that I’m protected and not worried about anything it really great.
