Have been plagued with a weak bladder all my life - Go about every hour and sometimes the bladder just contracts and gushes out - These are great during the day and hold 2 wetting accident - No longer have to stop and go on a tree when driving. They feel so good and soothing after relieving myself. Sadly they do not protect at night as well. They do leak so I wear a more absorbent diaper then.

They are very absorbent and long lasting dryness, but they do feel bulky. They seem to have an odor control which is nice. Price isn’t to bad. I would recommend them.

I recently had a hemorrhoid operation and needed something for leakage. I grabbed the first thing for men I saw which was the Depend Fit-Flex. After using them once I saw the coverage was bad, so I turned them around. They work great for absorbency but are a little uncomfortable in the leg fit and I feel like I'm sitting on a log. A Depend Fit-Flex for light days would be better. I would recommend Depend Fit-Flex for problems like mine but wish I could find something specific for "bottom" protection.

What I love most is the absorbency—it really holds up during long days or overnight, and I’ve had zero leaks when I wear the right size. Some packs seem thinner, or the waistband feels like it’s stitched weaker than usual. I've even had a couple where the side seams gave out too easily, which was frustrating. Also, the sizing can be tricky, especially if you're in between sizes. Still, I keep coming back to this product because when it works right, it works really well.
