The Depend Flex fit undewear are a terrible fit for anyone without abig stomach and little to no butt! The front of the underwear comes all the way to the bottom side of my bra. Although they barely reach up to my waist in the back, the bottom of the legs in the back ride up at least 2 inches. I suppose this is the reason the entire leg area soon stretches out, (elastic totally fails), and the crotch area actually stretches out to beteern 16 to 18 inches, making them unwearable and litte to no protection. Not every woman has a big stonach and flat butt and we need a choice. The elastic desoerately needs to be locked at the beginning and the end when being sewn in place and the elastic needs to be sewn around te entire leg opening, which should prevent the elastic from slipping or stretching which leaves only the thin stretched paper/plastic fabric stretching out leaving the crotch area stretched to between 16 and 18 inches and providing little to no protection. They informed me that they fit surprisingly better than they anticipated. They said the FIT-FLEX underwear by Depends felt similar to real underwear and didn't give him the feeling like he was wearing a diaper. As for the functionality of the product, I was informed that they work fabulously. It was able to capture and retain the liquid without leakage. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite being unnecessary for me personally, I wore these everyday. I wanted to know if I made the switch, how comfortable they would be long-term. At, first they were perfect, but wound up feeling confing. Odor control is a thing of the past. It was really an insecurity for me in the past. Each pair easily lasted a day, but would sometimes flake with this fake-snoe like shedding. My only gripe is that I have a rare sleeping disease which requires me to take a medication that can often make me urinate during the night. I was hoping this was a solution to an embarrassing and frustrating problem. Unfortunately there is no difference between wearing this and wearing regular underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently undergone a radical prostectomy, and quite frankly wasn't fully aware of my new 'lifestyle' I have used various brands of 'underwear' and find the Depend brand to be superior especially the elastic around the legs - I use other similar products - but when I am at work, like the depend brand much better. I use the Guards with the underwear and it make the underwear last longer for me at least. I highly recommend the depend array of incontinence products

I am a nurse and am pregnant with my first child, so it's important for me to find (a) a solution to the leaky bladder problem that is comfortable and non-bulky, and (b) to share my honest opinion with others. I can tell you that these briefs are very comfortable and were invisible under my clothing. I wore them with a pair of slacks for good measure. There were no crinkling noises, lumps or bumps, or tell tale bulkiness. I found that I forgot I was wearing anything but my normal undergarments. Of course they were effective! Lol! I wouldn't expect anything but. Or butt. I love how far these products have come over the years.... Yay!
