When I gave her these to try she was thrilled because they don’t feel like a classic adult diaper and are quite discreet. Her secret stays safe. She did mention the gusset is a bit bulky, but I believe she just needs one size smaller. She has no noticeable odor even wearing them for a long period of time or overnight. Apparently that has been a problem in the past. She said that they absorb quickly without that squishy feeling that makes her feel uncomfortable. So with all that in mind, they are already on my shopping list for her because she liked them so much!

I got these for my 76 year old mother who has dementia and she is completely incontinent. The Depends fit her perfectly. She said the underwear was comfortable and not bulky.
