They leak on the side all the time. Have to wear an extra pad on the inside if you have urinary issues like MS .

not as absorbant as advertised,but adding a pad inside works...size is great easy to put on and affordable

Will take a full pee with no leaks and fits well. Only issue is it itches around the legs which drives me nuts.
