The bottle was damaged and the liquid leaked all over the box! The pump of the shampoo dispenser was broken, as well. It is very disappointing! Poor customer service! The customer service agent named Jacob was careless and unprofessional. They couldn't replace the item since it was out of stock. I was offered a refund after shipping the item back.

Arrived leaking!

The actual product is great. We have used this before and quality is amazing as always. Sam's,  however, packed it terribly. When it came in, the pump from the shampoo (bought it with the conditioner, which did stay intact) was broken inward amd about 1/4 ofthe shampoo had spilled into the bag it was in. I was able to salvage a little more than half and get it back into the bottle, but the pump is completely unusable. There was no shock absorbing material in the packaging. Just large box with  much smaller bottles in a zip-closure bag. No wonder it broke... sams itself seems to be slipping quite a bit. Definitely annoyed a lot lately.

Good product, crud packaging

So impressed with this shampoo.  It really strengthens my hair and I only have to wash my hair twice a week.  I have long hair that is very fine, and I love using this more natural shampoo that is gentle on my hair.  So thrilled that Sam's carries it at a lower price than anywhere else I can find it.
