So impressed with this shampoo. It really strengthens my hair and I only have to wash my hair twice a week. I have long hair that is very fine, and I love using this more natural shampoo that is gentle on my hair. So thrilled that Sam's carries it at a lower price than anywhere else I can find it.

My hair stylist recommended this for growth. I've been using it 1-2 times/week for over 6 months & I really like it. My hair has been growing about 1/2 inch every month which is normal I think. It feels soft & not as dry as before & it smells nice. It lathers really well, so I don't use a lot & I have very long hair

This Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Shampoo works great to restore & thicken hair. Hair looks fuller & full of body.

I have naturally curly hair and a sulphate allergy. This shampoo is great, no sulphates and it smells good. My hair hasn't felt this clean in a long time

The actual product is great. We have used this before and quality is amazing as always. Sam's, however, packed it terribly. When it came in, the pump from the shampoo (bought it with the conditioner, which did stay intact) was broken inward amd about 1/4 ofthe shampoo had spilled into the bag it was in. I was able to salvage a little more than half and get it back into the bottle, but the pump is completely unusable. There was no shock absorbing material in the packaging. Just large box with much smaller bottles in a zip-closure bag. No wonder it broke... sams itself seems to be slipping quite a bit. Definitely annoyed a lot lately.

This shampoo leaves my hair very dry! It seems to strip any oil I have, which isn't really much. This shampoo may work better for someone who has very oily hairl.

The container's pump was broken as a result half of the product was lost.

Super clumpy shampoo. I shook it and it stays in small clumps then clumps up to big chunks again - also broken pump on the bottle. Seems like a nice formula but the clumps???
