One of the reasons I keep renewing our membership to Sam's is this Parmesan Cheese. IT is truly THE BEST. It has great flavor and texture. I even cut off chunks and eat them, and am amazed how good they are. My neighbor, who was born and raised in Italy, agrees that this cheese is exceptional.

Great value. I use this in a 3 cheese Alfredo sauce and it melts smoothly and has a great flavor. Wonderful shredded over pasta or pizza also.

Made in USA. Not as good as the real Italian Parmigiano Reggiano that used to be available at Sam’s.

We love having this on hand to grate over pasta and salads. It is so much better than the pre-shredded!
