Sharp and delicious

I posted a similiar review for the seriously sharp... I have to admit, I was perhaps a little too unfair to Cabot. I couldn't imagine a brand I got from Sams could possibly be as good as those normally found in a more specialized source. BOY WAS I WRONG This cheese is simply excellent. I use it all the time, along with the "Seriously Sharp". For me, if the cheddar doesn't have a punch to it it's just not cheddar. So many "sharp" cheddars have no oompf to . I want my cheddar SHARP. I like to see myself as a cheese expert. Spent entirely too much time in specialty cheese shops as a kid. This is a great buy. Trust me. Use this one every day with my omelets.

Cabot's products are all the best and this cheddar is at the top of the list. I only buy Cabot's cheese as it is real cheese and not some processed stuff.
