I got these for my mother, who is 85 and has arthritis, they help her rest better and ease her pain. I use them for my lower back pain. The work and are the best comfort that I've found for her.

I have problems with my hip and found that these Salonpas patches really help. I was buying the 60 packs and decided that I would keep using these on a daily basis. For me, this is the only thing that helps me get through the day.

Usually, salonpas stay on. These have very little adhesive and just fall off of your skin. I tried several of them and all seem to be lacking enough adhesive to even stick to your skin. Raise your arm and they roll right down it. Disappointing.

Have used these for years, they give such relief! However, my husband can't use, as the heat they produce seems to bother his skin...Mine must not be as sensitive, or I tough through it, as it definitely, helps!
