Used to get all the time ( back when $2/lb) & it was a great product that you could slice easily & pull apart like string cheese. Now it's impossible to slice - knife sticks to it & cheese just mushes down into squishy mess.

used to be good cheese , after covid and the cost of goods going up,the quality of this item went down hill , they alter the original recipe to keep cost down. not worth buying.

in the lasagna, i couldnt taste it. ON TOP of it… omg… i couldnt even chew more than once before tossing it. it must be just me bc 5 others said it was fine. i will not repurchase.

I love this big cunck of mozzarella cheese. I usually decide them into 8 and freeze the ones that I don't need soon. 1/8 of this big cube makes a perfect portion when I make pizza. It freezes and defrosts well as well. This cheese good for cooking and also snacking.
