Plain tasting ,a fatty rubbery chew ,not pleased with this product!

Lots of ways to use this beef for delicious meals

It had good flavor, but the meat was somewhat chewy. Not my favorite.

Steak pieces had a mushy texture - with a weird powdery coating. No flavor

Great flavor. Great for steak tacos.

These are so good. I used them in stir-fry. But definitely would be great for fajitas as well.
