Chewy and gross

I NEVER review anything, however these were so disgusting I felt the need to vent! Please do not buy. The good rating must be from the way these used to taste. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy these now. The meat was so chewy and stringy. Meat quality is awful. If I could give zero stars I would 🤮🤮🤮

I bought this a few days ago and tonight we made tacos. I cooked this product according to the instructions and while it was cooking it smelled good! As soon as I took a bite I immediately wanted to spit it out! The texture was like rubber and the taste was sickening sweet. I would definitely not recommend if you are looking for convenience.

I bought the Soules Kitchen Fully Cooked Fajita Angus Beef at Sam’s Club, expecting sliced fajita beef like what is shown on the package. What I got looked completely different. When I heated it in a skillet, there were only a few actual pieces of beef. Most of it turned into a soft, mushy mixture that looks more like canned dog food than fajita meat. The package shows nice, grilled beef strips, but the product in the pan looked nothing like them. The texture is very strange and not appetizing, and it doesn’t work well for fajitas at all. I attached a photo so others can see what it actually looks like after cooking; it's very disappointing. I would not buy this again.

This was our first time trying the beef fajitas and we had to return the package after preparing half of it. The flavor was OK but the meat was full of fat and gristle with a terrible "mouth feel." The pieces are covered with seasoning so you can't see the fat or gristle to remove it first. I'll just continue to buy expensive pieces of beef where I can see the fat/gristle and remove it before making fajitas (or stew, etc.).

Don't waste your money on this. I couldn't eat it and won't purchase it again. I was really hoping it would be edible and an easy go-to that I could portion out and keep in the freezer for a quick meal. I wish I hadn't spent the money. I would have been better off buying steak and cooking it myself. The cut was really low quality. I left a review on the chicken, too...it's just as bad. Very disappointed.

The texture of this steak is soggy. It seems like there are only a few real pieces of steak in the bag, most of the bag is just soggy pieces of scraps that seem to be pressed together and the texture is disgusting and soggy. I even cooked a couple ounces it in the air fryer longer than the bag said and it was still soggy. Don't buy.

My fam loves this - tastes amazing and it makes for a super easy dinner! I have four sons ages 16-25 and we buy two bags of steak and two bags of chicken for a meal. I sauté frozen peppers and pinions along w some garlic in a pan and then simply add the meat to the pan. Super flavorful!

Could not eat what I cooked, ate less than one fajita worth of the meat hoping I would find a strip that was tender with no luck. Very chewy and fatty. Ended up giving the rest of what I cooked to the dog. Have the rest of the bag in the freezer, not sure what to do with it, I am sure my kids won't eat it. Expensive dog food I guess. The bag says there is a money back guarantee, would not normally ask, but gonna ask for my money back on this.

I don't know how long the quality of this product has declined but it used to be very good. The spices and seasoning is very good. But the quality of meat in the past six months has reduced this product to a bag of gristle. Even the chicken product with the same name has declined. Probably Sam's started implementing their Great Value quality requirements which are EXTREMELY subpar, even when compared to other company store brands. I'll stick with making my own fajita meat from now on.
